We inspect all items before and after each rental. Normal wear and tear is expected, but customers are responsible for any major damage, loss, or theft. A security deposit may be required for high-value items, and damages will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Our standard rental period is 24 hours (one day). Extended rental periods are available upon request. For multi-day events like conferences or weddings with a rehearsal, we can arrange longer hire terms.
Yes, we offer delivery, professional setup, and post-event pickup for all rentals. Delivery and collection fees are calculated based on your location and the volume of items. Our team ensures everything is installed correctly and removed after your event.
